If your school has contracted Sustainability at School, please note the following points which may apply to you:

If required to deliver the services contracted by the client, we will receive, collect and store personally identifiable information (name, email, job title, number of years employed by the client and your views and opinions about sustainability in your school.

We will not keep any personal information about you for any longer than is necessary. In practical terms, this means that once a client ceases to work with Sustainability at School, we will destroy all personal data relating to the project one year after the end of the project.
